WaveAccess turned 20!

WaveAccess is extremely proud to make it to 20 years. In two decades, the company successfully completed over 300 large-scale projects, and was honored to have received numerous awards from reputable organizations. Today, the WaveAccess team has over 500 highly-skilled specialists worldwide, the development centers and sales offices operate in the United States, Western and Eastern Europe.

WaveAccess was founded in 2000 by a team of IT experts. The founders got interested in software development in their youth, and later backed up their passion by gaining experience in IT companies and related projects. While accumulating the expertise, it became clear that the market is open for a new team of competent developers with their own vision and approach to creating software solutions. Custom software development was chosen as the key area of expertise with intention to build services and products tailored to specific business processes, tasks and customers’ needs.

Product vision

Throughout the company’s dwo-decade history, particular attention was always paid to the “product vision” and the development of own IT products, to name a few:

• Telephony & Dynamics 365 Integration solution

• Relationship Charts — a Microsoft Dynamics CRM add-on that visualizes CRM relationships and connections and brings CRM data to the Chart

• SyncIT integration platform

• myQuiz – a platform for conducting multiplayer quizzes in real time

Technology priorities

Since its inception, the WaveAccess team has strived to work with advanced and promising technologies. Custom software development remains the key service line today, where 50+ technologies are applied, including machine learning and AI, IoT, AR and VR. Creation, customization and implementation of Dynamics CRM is also one of the top competencies.

Own TechLab enables WaveAccess to stay at the forefront of technological development: the teams are exploring new technologies and methodologies, choosing the most effective ones, thus anticipating and exceeding the customer’s evolving needs.

With the accumulated experience and the expanding project portfolio, WaveAccess expert teams were naturally forming separate departments. In 2008, a mobile development department was established with over 50 specialists on board today. In 2014, a team of experts in the field of machine learning and AI set up a Data Science department with mathematicians, algorithmists, programmers and Data Scientists engaged.

International presence

Today, the company employs more than 500 professionals worldwide. Since WaveAccess was founded, the headquarters in the USA has been based in Las Vegas. In 2018, the WaveAccess Nordics office was opened in Denmark, in 2019 the new office was inaugurated in Germany.

In 2008, WaveAccess has become a certified Microsoft partner, and today boasts the status of a Gold partner in the field of Application development, Cloud platform and DevOps.

WaveAccess has been certified as compliant with the ISO 9001:2015 standard which highlighted the maturity of the company’s Quality Management System, along with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard in the area of information security.
