WaveAccess statement to clients and partners on COVID-19

As an international technology company, WaveAccess has been closely monitoring the situation around Coronavirus (COVID-19) and proactively mitigating the related risks, along with the rest of the world. We are following the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and other local medical authorities to make sure the health and safety of our employees, their families, clients and business partners are not at risk.

At WaveAccess, the health, safety and well-being of its employees, customers and business partners, is the highest priority. For the last few weeks, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation to ensure the utmost safety precautions.

This involves the cleaning of common areas in our offices, encouraging a “no handshake” policy, frequent hand washing and safe hygiene practices, using the option of working from home if appropriate, and also keeping our employees updated on the guidance from WHO regarding the current outbreak of Coronavirus disease.

In addition, we are advising our employees to avoid all non-essential travel, and that — wherever possible — meetings take place online or are postponed until after May, 1.

We are also asking our team members who have returned from affected areas, or have been in contact with people from these areas, to work from home for 14 days after returning to their hometown. We do not have operations in any locations currently designated as high-risk areas. No cases among the WaveAccess personnel were confirmed. 

We understand concerns about COVID-19 Coronavirus are top of mind and take it very seriously. All of the WaveAccess’ business operations remain open and the company has business continuity plans for all the countries of its presence: the USA, Denmark, Germany and Russia.
