ValueXI adds Whisper support for audio data processing
ValueXI has expanded its data analysis capabilities by integrating Whisper from OpenAI, enabling the conversion of audio files into text. This new feature speeds up the extraction of insights from unstructured audio and introduces new business use cases for automation and decision-making.

Using the Whisper speech-to-text model, ValueXI can transcribe audio content into text, giving its AI modules access to a new layer of information. This opens up a range of practical applications, including:

Whisper is a state-of-the-art Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) system that delivers high transcription accuracy and performs reliably on long, complex recordings. It runs locally — either on ValueXI’s servers or within the customer’s infrastructure — ensuring data privacy and full control without relying on external cloud services.
ValueXI integrates with CRMs, call tracking systems, internal archives, and other enterprise tools. Once audio is transcribed, the text can be passed to any supported Large Language Model (LLM) — including locally hosted DeepSeek, Gemma 3, or LlaMA, or cloud-based options like ChatGPT — for tasks such as semantic analysis, sentiment detection, profanity filtering, summarization, visualization, and more.
