We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to work on numerous projects involving the customization and integration of CRM solutions for international clients.





Responsibilities:

  • Define architectures and settings for business processes within the CRM system based on functional requirements
  • Analyze subject areas and business processes
  • Administer CRM systems, including data verification
  • Participate in Microsoft Dynamics CRM support projects
  • Analyze incoming tasks, formalize functional requirements, and create technical tasks for software modification/configuration
  • Configure the user interface and business processes of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (excluding programming)
  • Prepare user documentation as part of your participation in software development, implementation, and support projects
  • Provide consultation on system functionality

Our expectations:

  • Higher technical education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working as a consultant with MS Dynamics products on implementation/support projects
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionality
  • Ability to prepare competent technical documents (specifications, architecture descriptions, technical designs, presentations, etc.)
  • Knowledge and understanding of database design basics, basic SQL knowledge
  • Advanced English language skills
