Engagement Models

In order to best satisfy our clients we adjust our delivery model to the needs of the particular project. We propose three business models:

Fixed Price

Fixed Price model works good when the scope, requirements and the schedule of the project are well defined. In this case it’s a cost effective model with low risks. The main benefit of this model is that the customer can rely on the fixed budget.

Time & Materials

For most of the projects it’s pretty hard to define the requirements of the projects beforehand. For most customers it’s critical to have an ability to change the requirements on-the-fly to make more money with their business.

Specifically for this case we can offer Time & Materials model that provides enough flexibility to change specifications during development process.

In the scope of this business model we provide services based on direct labor hours at fixed hourly rates and materials at cost. We maintain detailed timesheet reporting in order to ensure our customers they pay only for worked hours. During the development process we send out weekly reports on the tasks carried out on each day of the week with the total number of hours spent on this particular project.

Offsite Development Center (ODC)

Offsite Development Center assumes a dedicated team of engineers who work full-time for our customer but are located at our site. We support hiring of the local engineers, provide equipment, working environment and managerial services. Salaries, taxes, management overhead and fixed costs are paid by the customer.

Essentially ODC is your development site or branch in an offsite location. The main benefits are that you get highly skilled engineers for lower rates plus you don’t need to think of overheads such as HR, legal, taxes, environment and equipment.
